All our products are hand made in Israel, therefore delivery time depends on production time. After placing your order, we will contact you and inform you of the expected delivery time.

Return policy Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We personally produce, check, sign and pack each product. We handcraft all our products and in some products, we use precious stones, therefore dimensions, weight and colors of stones should always be treated as approximate. All returns must be authorized by us. In case of damage, defects or incorrect shipments (item and/or finish) please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are given only if the item is not as represented or is defective, and are shipped back within 5 days from the authorization date. Items must be returned by registered mail, insured and packed as we originally packed it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. |
